Parent's Intent to Change Learning Format - NOTICE DEADLINE:
Parents who intend to move their child from the traditional learning at school to remote learning at home for the 2nd nine weeks must contact their child’s school during the week of September 28 - October 2.
Parents will be required to go to the school and review and sign the remote learning commitment form and the device check out agreement.
Deadline to transfer from traditional learning to remote is October 2, 2020.
