Happy Assistant Principals Week to this group of dedicated administrators! They do so much to support their principal, staff, and, most importantly, their students! We are so grateful for all they do, seen and unseen, throughout the year! We hope their principals and buildings spoil them this week, they deserve it! Join us in celebrating this fantastic group of administrators, we are so thankful for them every week and the impact they have on their schools and our district as a whole!

🎉 Mr. Ethan Boeker 👏
📚 2nd Grade | MacArthur Elementary School 📗
“Mr. Boeker consistently goes above and beyond the defined boundaries of his duties and demonstrates a deep commitment to both his students and his colleagues. His passion for teaching is evident in everything he does, and he continually looks for ways to make learning meaningful, engaging, and memorable for his students. One of Mr. Boeker's greatest strengths is his ability to bring lessons to life through creative instructional strategies. Rather than relying solely on traditional instructional techniques, he actively engages students by acting out stories, incorporating movement, and using expressive storytelling to help students better understand and connect with the material. His enthusiasm for teaching creates an environment where students are excited to learn, participate, and explore new ideas. He is consistently punctual, prepared, and organized, ensuring that his classroom runs smoothly and that students receive high-quality instruction every day.” - Dr. Maureen Richard, MacArthur Principal
