HAPPY PRINCIPAL APPRECIATION DAY! We appreciate our principals so very much! They do so many things and wear so many hats throughout the school year and during the summers to make sure our schools are providing the best possible education for our students; as well as, taking care of their building staff. Our appreciation is beyond words and goes well beyond a single day. Thank you, USD 480 Principals, for all you do as the faces of your buildings and the enormous role you play behind the scenes! Join us in celebrating our nine day-saving, do-it-all, downright amazing principals!

🎉 Mr. Ethan Boeker 👏
📚 2nd Grade | MacArthur Elementary School 📗
“Mr. Boeker consistently goes above and beyond the defined boundaries of his duties and demonstrates a deep commitment to both his students and his colleagues. His passion for teaching is evident in everything he does, and he continually looks for ways to make learning meaningful, engaging, and memorable for his students. One of Mr. Boeker's greatest strengths is his ability to bring lessons to life through creative instructional strategies. Rather than relying solely on traditional instructional techniques, he actively engages students by acting out stories, incorporating movement, and using expressive storytelling to help students better understand and connect with the material. His enthusiasm for teaching creates an environment where students are excited to learn, participate, and explore new ideas. He is consistently punctual, prepared, and organized, ensuring that his classroom runs smoothly and that students receive high-quality instruction every day.” - Dr. Maureen Richard, MacArthur Principal
