The 2023 USD 480 Kinder Camp will take place at every elementary school in the district August 1 - 2, 2023. There will be two session available, one from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and another from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Children will attend Kinder Camp at the school they will be attending during the 2023-2024 school year. Kinder Camp is much more than ABC’s and 123’s, it will serve to prepare kindergarteners for the upcoming school year in many ways.
Students will engage in a variety of learning activities and academic play time that will support their transition into kindergarten and prepare them for their new school year routine. Children will also have the opportunity to meet school staff and friends during camp.
