On Thursday, May 14th, we celebrated one of Meadowlark’s favorite traditions — our 5th Grade Clap Out! 💚💛
Following their graduation ceremony, our 5th graders walked the halls one final time as students and were cheered on by classmates, staff, and families while everyone celebrated their accomplishments and the exciting journey ahead.
This year’s Clap Out was especially meaningful as we invited our high school graduates to return and escort our 5th graders out of the building. It was a special moment seeing two groups of graduates — one beginning a new chapter in middle school and the other preparing for life after high school — walking side-by-side as we celebrated their growth, achievements, and future opportunities.
A special thank you to our high school graduates for taking the time to come back and be part of this year’s Clap Out tradition. Your presence made the moment even more meaningful for our 5th graders.
We are so proud of our 5th graders and all of our graduates. Once a Meadowlark student, always part of the Meadowlark family! 🎓✨
