We are excited to recognize Emma Galindo as our Staff Member of the Month for April! As one of our Parent Coordinators, Mrs. Galindo consistently goes above and beyond to support our students, families, and staff at Meadowlark Elementary. She is always willing to step in wherever needed and approaches every task with a positive attitude and strong commitment to helping others.
Mrs. Galindo has played an important role in strengthening communication and connections between our school and families. Through her hard work and dedication, she has helped enhance our parent engagement events by creating welcoming opportunities for families to be involved in our school community. From helping organize events to encouraging family participation, her efforts have helped increase engagement and build stronger relationships between home and school.
Colleagues appreciate her reliability, kindness, and team-first mindset, while families value the support and care she provides each day.
