Mrs. Canoneo exemplifies dedication and professionalism in all that she does. She invests an incredible amount of time preparing for her students, often going well beyond what is required to ensure each day is purposeful and meaningful. Whether it’s arriving early to school or putting in extra time outside of contract hours to refine goals and lessons, her strong work ethic reflects her deep commitment to student success.
Beyond her preparation, Mrs. Canoneo brings a cheerful and positive presence to our building. She approaches each day with a smile and treats everyone—students and colleagues alike—with respect and kindness. She is collaborative by nature, generously sharing resources with her grade-level team and contributing to a strong culture of teamwork. She also models a growth mindset by seeking clarification when needed and continuously striving to improve her practice.
