We are proud to recognize our 3rd grade teacher, April Galolo as our January 2026 Teacher of the Month for the commitment, care, and professionalism she brings to Meadowlark Elementary each day. April consistently goes above and beyond to plan intentional, high-quality instruction, taking extra time to adjust lessons, create supportive materials, and ensure learning is accessible to all students.
April’s dedication is evident in the thoughtful way she uses student data to refine instruction and adapt curriculum to meet diverse academic needs. Colleagues describe her as exceptionally prepared, reliable, and deeply committed to both the academic and emotional well-being of her students. Whether implementing new initiatives, supporting intervention groups, or collaborating with teammates, April consistently follows through with intention and care.
While she may be quiet, the impact of April’s work is significant. Her classroom is a place where students feel supported, challenged, and understood, and her professionalism strengthens our school community as a whole.
