She supports staff, students, and families with patience, consistency, and genuine care—often juggling multiple tasks at once while still making everyone feel heard and valued. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed ensure that Meadowlark remains a welcoming, well-organized environment for all.
