This month, we are proud to celebrate Mrs. Alondra Gonzalez as Meadowlark’s Teacher of the Month! Alondra has shown tremendous dedication, growth, and heart in her work as an educator, and her impact on our 4th graders—and our entire school community—shines brightly each day.
Alondra creates a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to learn. Her thoughtful lesson planning and purposeful instruction ensure that every activity is meaningful and aligned to student success. This year especially, she has stepped forward with intention, designing lessons that not only meet academic goals but also build confidence and curiosity in her students.
What sets Alondra apart is her steady professionalism and her willingness to support others. She has gone above and beyond by mentoring a new teacher, offering guidance, modeling strong instructional practices, and being a dependable teammate. Her leadership, consistency, and positive presence help strengthen our grade-level team and contribute to the collaborative culture we value at Meadowlark.
