Students and staff spent a day enjoying the outdoors at Fun Day at Light Park on Monday, May 12th, rotating through a variety of stations designed for movement, creativity, and teamwork. With sun overhead and plenty of energy to go around, it was the perfect way to step away from the classroom and enjoy time together.
Throughout the day, students moved in groups from one station to the next, taking part in a range of hands-on activities. At the bounce house station, they kicked things off with high-energy fun, while the sponge dodge ball and water slide stations offered a great way to cool down and stay active.
In the sand area, students rotated through digging challenges and sandcastle building, putting their creativity and teamwork to the test. At other stations, they played horseshoes or Frisbee-based games while others participated in team-building activities that encouraged communication and collaboration.
Rotating through each station gave every student the chance to try something new, engage with classmates in different ways, and enjoy a well-rounded day of physical activity and play.
Thanks to the staff and volunteers who helped coordinate each station, the event ran smoothly and safely. Fun Day at Light Park was a great success, and a memorable way to build community and celebrate the end of the school year.
