I am excited to introduce myself to you and let you know a little bit about me. First my educational background. I am a southwest Kansas kid, having gone to school at Johnson Elementary in Johnson City Kansas and thengraduating high school from Sublette High School in Sublette Ks. Go Larks!! After HS I attended Southwestern College in Winfield Ks. 

While I was a student at SC, I was a on the football team and was also a DJ on the college radio station. I graduated from Southwestern with a bachelor of science in Health, Physical Education and Dance in 1996. SC Moundbuilders I received my master's degree in building leadership from Fort Hays State University in 2005. 

On a personal note, I moved to Liberal at the start of 1997-1998 school year. I taught physical education/Health at SMS and Sunflower Intermediate and have been an assistant p rincipal at both WMS and Cottonwood Intermediate. I have been principal at Cottonwood Intermediate School and Sunflower Elementary School.

My wife, Dedre and I have been blessed with our son, Casen, in December 2011. Casen has kept us very bu sy and running around the house chasing after him.
