The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has released new requirements and recommendations for student immunizations beginning for the 2019-2020 school year. If parents have questions or concerns regarding their child’s immunization status, please speak with your school nurse, Seward County Health Department or your healthcare provider. Vaccination efforts by school and public health officials, immunization providers and parents are key to the success of protecting our children and communities from vaccine-preventable diseases
