All days will be in LHS Main Gym.
No throwing of hard balls unless throwing north and south.
Pitchers may work in the small gym when it is available.
The schedule may change when events come up, be flexible and
listen to the announcements. PLEASE come in and work hard in
a short amount of time -- and no playing basketball.
Try and improve as a player in your sport.
Be early in case we can start earlier!
