Requirements for S.W.K.T.S. Foundation Scholarship or Tuition Grant:

B= Required for both a Scholarship or Grant

S= Required for a Scholarship

G= Required for a Grant

1=B Applicant must submit an eight semester high school transcript or a copy of their GED certificate.

2=S Applicant must submit a high school Grade Point Average.

3=B Applicant must be enrolled at S.W.K.T.S. as a full-time student by the date of the final award.

4=B Applicant must take the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam prior to any final award.

5=B Applicant must have the written recommendation of their high school instructor, counselor, principal, previous employer, present employer or clergyman.

6=G Applicant must have a Pell Grant application, complete with copies of Federal tax returns and of W-2 forms on file in the Student Services Office.

7=G Applicant should show a need for financial assistance.

8= Applicant must submit a letter on what you have been doing the last four years, listing all activities in which you have participated (at school, work, civic organizations and whether you held any offices).

Scholarship and Tuition Grant recipients will be chosen September 15 for Fall enrollment.

Scholarship and Tuition Grant recipients will be chosen January 31 for Spring enrollment.
